I was wondering since Fiber can help you alot woth wieght loss are their any fiber pills that I can buy at the drug store? And if not what foods could I eat to give me enough fiber? Thanks!

oatmeal with added wheat germ

fiber one cereal was 14 grams of fiber per serving

look for whole wheat products also

You can buy fiber pills in a health food store (they won't have any additives or aspartame). Just remember to drink extra water or you could become constipated or get diarhea. Don't take the maxiumum dosage, start off real small and build yourself up, let your body get used to it first. Good Luck.

You can buy metamucil capsules at any store like your grocery store or walmart or your drug store. Metamucil also has wafers out too.

psyllium husks mixed in water or juice is very good. there are psyllium capsules also but the husks are better.

One of the best products that I have run across is Benefiber. It is grit free, non thickening, and because of that you can mix it with just about anything.

Would Benefiber or psyllium husks help with IBS symptoms?
