I bought me a bottle of Avena Sativa, over the weekend. It is equal to 750 mg of Avena Sativa powder. It read on the bottle to take 1 to 3 times a day so I took 3 tablets today. No side effects at all, except it made me very horney and this is one thing it was suppose to do. Any one else tried this product? This is a herb and is sold about anywhere you find herbal suppliments.
