This is my first time here so I just want to say hello to everyone. This site looks full of great info.
I was hoping someone could help me with regards to the best Vitamins for great hair.
I take Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower oil, which I have heard is good for skin and hair and I have noticed an improvement, also vit B6.

Thanks in advance.

Hi! This is also my first time to the board, but recently I've done alot of research on hair vitamins because I want my hair to grow faster. I've been taking - Hair, Skin, and Nail Formula that I got from a vitamin store. But Biotin is supposed to be very good for you hair, and so is vitamin B-6. I also read about Zinc being good for hair. Also the herb Horsetail is supposed to be good! Hope this helps!!

Isabella,

The formula the you mention is a very good product.
Always try to take a good multi-vitamin a day, if you notice most of the hair products contain a combination of B-complex, which you also get from your multi.

Horsetail or (Silica) is an excellent product to strengthen the hair and skin.

You also need your Essential Fatty Acid, such as Evening Primrose, Flax seed, Olive Oil, etc...

And Biotin.
