When is the best time to take liquid fish oil? Is it morning or bed time? With or without food?

first i would take it with food, the fishy tastes can linger when and if you burp. for brain health or the neurological effect, id say during the day. the liquid would probably more cost effective, as with caps or gel tabs you pay for the process. i take a tablespoon of flax seed oil, its 12 grams. i would need 12 caps of 1000mgs to equal that for example.

Just so you know, sometimes fish oil supplements can cause loose stools and/or diarrhea. I found this to be the case and just couldn't handle it. The only alternative was to eat fish almost everyday. This was difficult in the beginning but it's just part of my routine menu and no stomach issues either.
