I can't really figure out what the best source of EFA's is. I think that Udo seems to know a whole lot. Instead of learning a whole lot myself, i sometimes like to take advice from people who know a lot already, and know a lot more than i'll ever know on the subject.

Udo's choice looks like a very scientifically contrived supplement. It's all organic, too, so it can't be all bad. Anyone have any advice? here is a link to the product info:

thats a great product. udo knows his stuff.

the efas are omega 3 and omega 6. we get plenty of 6's, its the 3 we need to strive for. flax is a great source.

how much 6 do we need? honestly i don't know if i pull in 10g of total fat some days (actually i do know, and i don't). that's why i chose one with 6 in there, too.

i also couldn't figure out these nutrition tables that contain fats with a huge table of ratios 20:4 20:3 20:2, etc. I figured that n-3 and n-6 are omega 3's and 6's... but they placed them next to a ratio. cornfuzed me a bit.

i'm trying to find the types of fats contained in each food (not just poly/mono/saturated, but omega-3,6,9,etc.). anyone know of a good website with this information?
