Does anybody know of a good mult-vitamin that contains Selenium? I have one at home, but the pills are big enough to give to an elephant... something I can't swallow.

I would like something with at least 100mg of Selenium.

Hi, my wife and I both take Ultra Mega Gold (GNC). If you take one serving (two tablets), you will get 150 mcg of selenium. It is a good multiple vitamin, however; it too, is a bit on the large side!

Break the pill in half so it isn't so big to swallow or put it in sauce, pudding or ice cream to help you swallow it. Many good multivitamins have selenium in them so you should be able to find one that works well for you. Another option is to look into the liquid vitamins.

Selenium is a good antioxidant that helps keep your immune system healthy so you don't get colds or the flu etc.
