I recently joined an excersice program here in my town and have been working out Six times a week for 30 min each, and started taking a weight smart multi vitamin - but would like to help my weight loss with a diet pill. But I see all these ads and of course all say the are the best - But I want to know what has worked for you? And did you have to change your eating habit for it? Did it give you any side effects? (like heartburn, diarreah, elevated heart rate?) And how long were you on it before you noticed some resluts? Was it Dr perscribed or over the counter?
