As i recently stated i have started a new way of eating- I cut out all soda and alot of fatty foods and greasy things- not to mention sweets. I started working out ( I never did before) and taking the one a day weight smart, But the last couple time i took them I have thrown up after about 30 min or so. Once I didnt eat anything with them and the second time I ate an apple - still threw up. Is anyone else having problems with them?
I am trying to find a good vitamin/ diet pill that will help me lose weight along wiht my new eating habits and excersice, Is there any thing i can take to help in my losing battle?
I heard that CO Q-10 and Chromiome Picolate help you lose weight, has anyone tried this?

A number of people here have stated that the Weight Smart vitamins made them sick, which makes me somewhat suspicious of these vitamins. But try taking them with a full meal, not just a piece of fruit--maybe that will take care of the problem. Chromium Picolinate is supposed to be helpful for weight loss, and Coenzyme Q-10 gives you more energy, which can help with exercising.
It sounds like you are doing very well with your diet and exercise program and you should start seeing good results. My feeling is that most supplements that claim to help you lose weight either don't really do much (if anything), or they have unpleasant side effects. If you just eat less and exercise more (and stick with it), you will lose weight. Good luck
