ive heard the same thing when i worked at GNC, how much over how long? i dont know. but it cant be worse than the damage NSAID's do (advil, tylenol, excederin.

I used kava kava. I will ask my doctor the next time I visit him. BUT... I have been off of prescription meds for about 3 months. I take kava kava, st. johns wort and ginko biloba.
