There is some good info on this stuff at the thyroid dysfunction board, under the post called, information archive, it's a reg. updated post in that board or forum, also, I think someone asked this question one time in the menopause or women health board.

Yes I take when ever I need a boost. It difinately works for me. Especaily when exercising.

HI! Thanks for your replies! I haven't noticed the "boost" of energy with it, but I'm still taking it twice daily....thought Id finish the bottle at least, see if I notice anything.

I have used Maca for months and it does boost engery and sex desire. I take it along with arginine to help with better erections and sex. I am in my 70's

I am interested because it's supposed to increase desire. I'm going through menopause and I have not libido at all.
