I saw your post about loving Weight Watchers .. do you mind if I ask why you stopped using it if you enjoyed the meetings and successfully lost weight? Was there another aspect of the diet that just didn't work well for you? My MIL doesn't really follow it well and I think that is becasue she didn't enjoy the meetings.

Well I stopped because my schedule changed and I was not able to attend that meeting. I tried going to a few different meetings in a another location, and hated them. I had a wonderful 'leader' in the first one. The leader can make or break the meeting.
I am now pretty much doing it on my own.

Oh yeah, I've heard that before. I suggested my lil sis try WW. She wants to lose some weight and the health education in public schools isn't great. I figured she'd learn a lot about the foods she eats using that plan becasue you have to look at the calories, fat grams and fiber grams to determine points values, right? I'm not sure if she'll try it or not though.
