By taste or by texture or both?
Do you think that cravings are a way for your body to tell you that your diet is deficient in some way?
For me, when I came home from vacation I craved creamy, cheesy foods (can you say macaroni and cheese!) and I realized that I had had like NO dairy while I was gone. And I'm a dairy fanatic. I think my body was telling me I needed to get some calcium.
Texture is very important to me. I usually crave by texture.

I have noticed if I smell something (like McDonald's fries) I will feel hungry..
Normally though I crave by taste, and I know it is definitely because I am not eating enough good stuff. That is something I have to work on. People always think the less you eat the better, but that is just as bad. I think it's good to satisfy a craving every now and then.

I dont crave my sight or taste.
I ususally start craving by having too much idle time on my hands. Like if I think of a hamburger then i usally want one.
