I really need some help, i do good on my diet but by the end of the day i get these extreme sugar cravings. Im doing atkins so do any of you guys know what i could do or eat to calm them down?

I eat sugar free jello when I get those sugar cravings. I add a little whipped cream on top....Helps me out a lot! I'll also drink a chocolate protein drink if needed....only 2 carbs because I don't use all the powder it calls for...

I just got some Keto Shake powder in the mail yesterday and tried it this morning. They have awesome flavors like Orange Creme, Choc. Peanut butter swirl, banana creme pie, and many others. The orange creme (they one I'm drinking at the moment) is kinds sweet and I was just thinking to myself that this would be a great snack for when I have a sweet craving!!! Just do a search on Keto Shakes and lots of sites will come up. They have distributors everywhere (mine happens to be like 30 minutes away)and also a whole line of low carb foods!!!

I also eat the sugar free jello and cool whip. But the shakes sound like a good idea. Can you drink them in your first two weeks?? Today is day 3 and I am very surprised at how well I am doin!!

there is no evidence thus far that the shakes will hinder weightloss (unless it is the soy for peeps with thyroid probs, but that is speculation)...i prefer the dark chocolate fudge premixed shakes...eas advantage carb control shakes found at wal-mart (but make sure it says low carb as a higher carb version is also available)...great cold or heated in the microwave...
