Try some chips and salsa! Salsa is only 15 cals for 2 teaspoons and if you use the tostitos chips that go with it they are baked not fried which makes this great snack healthy and low in cals! I hope I was a good help!

Yeah, that is a good idea! My boyfriend and I have that all the time, but now that you mention that is low in calories, we won't feel too guilty!!! Thanks!!

Salsa is a good idea, but chips are loaded with refined carbohydrates that make weight loss difficult for many people because of their effect on insulin levels. High insulin levels can block fat metabolism.
