I was wondering if you can have the advantage bars while on the induction. If so...has anyone tried them?? Thank you for your help.

Hi there ...
The advantage bars are "allowed" on induction, but I personally think that the induction phase of atkins is all about cleaning your body and in the first two weeks you should really stick to the induction food list which is in the atkins book or on atkinscenter.com. After your first two weeks you can use the atkins bars but many have said to been stalled after eating them - but as you know everybody is different and therefore I think you should try them if you would like to (AFTER first 2 weeks) but only have 1 a day or every other day and make sure you monitor your weightloss in the week that you start eating them to see wether they have any adverse effects on your weightloss. Hope that helps,
