Hi I am new to the board and looking for some diet help! I have gained 20 pounds in the past year and have not been able to lose any of it! I have been exercising for about a month now. I do the power 90 tapes, and 45 min. 5 x's a week on the treadmill. I am not losing inches either. My clothes seem to be tighter than ever! I would like to lose most of my weight by the end of June. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong? Thanks for any responses.

I am having the exact same problem. I gained about 7 pounds over the past few months. I have been exercising 5x's a week for the last 3 months and I haven't lost one single pound! I don't understand it! I gain weight in my inner thighs....How do you tone this part of the body? I want this weight off!!! Nothing is working. I am watching everything I eat and have cut out all sweets.

I watch what I eat so closely! I drink tons of water everyday too! I just really do not know what to do. I have never had a problem with weight before & this is really discouraging!! My problem is inner thighs & "saddlebags" They are so UGLY! Any suggestions anybody?
