I am desperate to gain 20 lbs. I am 23 years old and lost about 10 to 15 lbs in the last couple of months because I stopped taking my birth control pill. Can someone please help me gain some weight.

At the healthfood store you can buy weight gain powder mix. It's kind of like Slim Fast powder, but it helps you GAIN weight instead of lose it.
