I sure hope I'm not the only one here using Trim Spa. :( Sure is lonely. I'm kidding. :)
Anyway I'm starting Day 4 and I'm 2 pounds lighter. I'm telling you this stuff really cuts downs on the cravings plus I don't feel funny or jittery like I did on Zantrex or Xenadrine.
It so hard to eat right though. In the morning I do great (banana, grapes, & 1 cup of coffee). Lunch I do ok (Normally a salad w/ 2 hard boiled eggs). It's the dinner that gets me. I eat with my husband and he eats anything. So I want too also.
Someone mentioned that they used the Trim Spa Carb Blocker along with the Trim Spa. Has anyone lost weight w/ Trim Spa alone? Or should I really use the carb blocker? I really love me some carbs!!! If I should use a carb blocker should I use the Trim Spa kind since I'm on Trim Spa or could someone recommend a different carb blocker?
