Im tired of being "fat" and it is hard to give up my sweets that I am so used to getting. If I eat a piece of candy I feel so bad about it. Im tired of being made fun of and not having a gf. I can not find any activity that I like to do and find it hard not to overeat when Im not hungry! I would really appreciate it if you could tell me somehow to prevent this from happening and suggests some activities I might enjoy. I dont like to ride my bike. I wish I could go to the gym but the YMCA will not let kids go into the gym unless accompanied by an adult and I dont know someone who has a membership besides me! I have promised myself I will reach a healthy weight by the end of the summer and I intend to do that pleeeeeeeez help!

ok hun....lets get you there! :)
first of all...if you have a membership to the y, and need an adult, why not talk to your parents, or an uncle, cousin, etc? They may not have a membership, but maybe if you talk to them, the way you just spoke to us, they would be happy to join with you to help you reach your goals.
If not, walk? go for a walk. every day.
I know, i know, i know, it is SO hard to give up sweets and not to over eat. But honestly, that is the key. Slowly but surely, you are going to have to train yourself a bit in order to succeed in weight loss. Sadly, there is no other answer to that. I wish there was, I'd be right there with you eating cake! lol!
Lastly, you are so young! Thats not to say you shouldnt care, or try. Definately work on it before it gets too out of control. BUT...please do it safely. Dont ever take any kind of diet pill or anything like that. At your age, you can do this naturally.
We are all here for you!! Check in with us anytime!
Hugs from a mom! :)
