has anyone had any success on the 3 day diet, also if you could give me the meal plan, i would appreciate it.

Here it is. I did lose about 5 pounds every time I used it. But make sure you don't abuse it, losing weight too quick can be dangerous. I used it to kick start my low-carb diet.

Three Day Diet Plan
Day One -
Breakfast: Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low) or water, 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 slice toast with 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
Lunch: 1/2 Cup of Tuna, 1 slice toast, Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low) or water
Dinner: 3 oz. any lean meat, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup beets (or carrots), 1 cup vanilla ice cream ,1 small apple, Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low) or water
Day Two -
Breakfast: Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low) or water, 1 egg (any style), 1 slice toast, 1/2 banana
Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers, Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low) or water
Dinner: 2 beef franks or hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, black coffee or tea, or water
Day Three -
Breakfast: Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low) or water, 5 saltine crackers, 1 oz. (slice) cheddar cheese, 1 small apple
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast, Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low) or water
Dinner: 1 cup tuna, 1 cup beets (or carrots), 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream, Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low) or water
"The diet works on chemical breakdown and is proven. Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasonings. It is suggested to drink from 6-8 glasses of water per day to flush out your system. Where no quantity is given, there are no restrictions, other than common sense. This diet is to be used for 3 days at a time. In three days you will lose 10 pounds. After 3 days of dieting, you eat normal food, but do not over do it. After 4 days of normal eating, start back on the diet. You can lose up to 40 pounds in a month if you stick to the diet."
