i'm a 16 year old high school student. i would consider myself fairly fit; frequenting the local YMCA gym as well as wrestling for my school and doing track & field.

i have lost a lot of weight recently, mainly through the extreme rigor of wrestling training. my shape has firmed up considerably, and almost everyone i know refers to me as "a new man."

however, i still have a lot of fat on my body. my problem is that i have lost enough weight so that i look great when clothed, but as soon as i take off my shirt, my chest/stomach is grossly fat.

i would like to know the best possible way to lose "man boobs" as quickly as possible. I am going on a school trip to Australia in June, and have worked all year to be "presentable" on the beaches there. I have come a very long way towards that goal (27lbs), but need an extra boost to finish off. what can i do?

Exzeebo,

Two Things:
1. Continue to lose weight to take the fat off.
2. Bench presses to build pectoral muscle and Sit-Ups and/or crunches to build up the nice abdominal "6-pack" that everyone admires.

Keep in mind that if you build the muscle underneath fat, you'll just push the fat out farther. So if your goal is to lose the stomach and man bosoms, focus more on burning the fat rather than building the muscle. I'm carefully avoiding intense ab work until I burn off the fat around my midsection. Once I lose the gut and love handles, I'll move on to serious ab work.
