I am 5'3" and I currently weigh 150. I would like to weigh a healthy 125 so I need some tips on losing that 25 pounds. For the past 3 months I have been doing various diets but none have worked. I need a strong plan that will help me lost weight FAST. I dont need to take my diet slow seeing as I have a huge trip to Mexico in a month and I dont want to look like an oinker. Any advice is better than none :) Thank You.

have you tried doing the atkins diet, or any low carb diet? I have seen that they really help people lose weight fast??

The best thing that worked for me was lifting weights. I am a 38 yr old female. I started lifting weights when I was 37yrs old. I lost 40# in 5 months. You build muscle that weighs more than fat, but takes up less space. I went from a size 20 to a 14. It works! Try it!! I workout at home, I have a bench and some dumbbells.
