yah i have!Its really good! I lost 30 pounds when i was on it! I have kept it off to! :) I also take other mannatech products.

I think this sounds like a really HEALTHY approach to loose weight. I realize ya gotta change your eating habits,drinking lots & lots & lots of H2O, and exercise. This will help you get LEAN, not neccesarily loose weight, but most probable. It make sence to have more muscle than fat %. And if you look leaner, and have less fat giggling .......it's my kind of plan.

thanx! I also found that with this system you look leaner so you look smaller than what you really are! I'm able to keep off the 20 of the 30 pounds! Good luck with this! :)
