How did you do it? What is the answer? I did a search on it too--even went through my cookboks; couldn't find it anywhere! To me--meat is basically meat!!LOL I'm making roast beef for dinner!!!

haha..
a friend of mine told me she searched and found london broil is also called thick flank steak.
so i looked that up on fitday and found something. close enough i guess! lol! :)
i must be pretty damn motivated to be calculating my dinner at 10 am! lol! :)

thanks for the heads up dp! I'll try to remember that. I always try to plan my meals in the morning if possible. Just looking ahead and know what my intake will be allows me to choose wisely if I need to add something during the day. It does take motivation; but it's well worth it so YOU GO GIRL!!!
