like i said i do a 1200 to 1250 calorie diet a day. i have one tablespoon of all natural peanut butter at lunch with my apple. would that hinder my weight loss. i'm trying to drop that last 15 pounds. any replys would be appreciated.....

If you are counting calories, you can have anything you want. Just dont forget to add in the calories for that pb! (and fat grams, i noticed you are doing that too, as you should)

If you noticed, I had a post about giving in to my chocolate shake craving. When I posted, I was sooo angry with myself. Now, I feel better b/c I added up my calories (I'm only having a salad for dinner to make up for those mega-calories)..and im still in my limit (1205 right now :)...Thats why I do the calorie counting thing (originated in weight watchers for me) b/c I can have anything. As long as I count it. Granted, I'm not going back out tomorrow for another shake, but its not the end of the world :)

Plus, pb provides great protein :)

Peanut Butter......MY FAVORITE!! Worse than chocolate! Those last pounds can be the toughest! Are you doing any kind of exercise? If so..you might need to add in some extra. If you are used to walking.......try something different to fuel your body. Good Luck......I can't wait to be in your shoes!
