OK, so I've been eating healthy and totally kicking ass in the exercise department...but I can't seem to get rid of my stomach, like my giggle. A couple weeks ago I started noticing my stomache was hard and round and nasty looking, and not to be graphic, but I was gassy. So I took it upon myself and stopped drinking milk and eating lots of dairy because I read that a hard, gassy stomach was a sign of a lactose issue, so I started taking calcium pills every morning in replace of milk. Well, it was great, I really noticed a difference then I woke up this morning with a gut yet again. I am so frustrated! My friends and I went out to eat last night, but all I got was a salad with chicken. I'm so frustrated!!!!! No matter what I do I can't win this battle! I want to try the Atkins diet, but fruits r too much a part of my daily diet. I just don't know what to do. I don't wanna try any weight loss pills, cause I was on Dexatrim before and that did nothing but screw up my body. Any ideas????

Did you eat any starches? Products made with white flour, and refinded sugars can cause bloating. You could possibly have celiac disease.
