What kind of grapefruit juice are you drinking? The canned is really gross. Have you ever tried Oceanspray? I get mine at Wal-Mart. It is $2.50 there. It tastes so much better than the canned. Let me know! Congratulations on your weight loss!!! :)

it the frozen cons. i've tried others in the past and its all pretty much the same to me. i don't like anything fruity to begin with. i was so used to my regular coke, i couldn't drink anything else. i would actually drink 4 or more a day. i know that's pretty bad. but that was my addiction. even though i hate the taste of it, i'd say i'm doing pretty good. when i run out of this i'll try the oceanspray and see if its better. thanks

Are you doing any excercise? I started walking this time around. I am also doing push-ups and squats. This is my second set of 12 days.

i walk every morning after i bring my daughters to school. on weekends i bring them to a local park that has a track. so they get to play while i walk. i've tried to keep the tv turned off and music on. so i can dance around the house like an idiot while i clean. i've made a few drives to the beach and went jogging. but i hate going by myself. plus these southeast texas beaches aren't the best. hopefully this summer i will get out and do alittle more.
