Hello everybody! I have been taking Celexa 20mg daily for over a year, and am going to start taking the new ephedrine free Xenadrine EFX to help with weight loss. Is anyone out there currently taking both? If so, how well is it working out? Any unusual reactions? Wish me luck! Thanks in advance.

Im on celexa too. I have been experimenting with different diet pills and found that the ephedra ones were less hard on anxiety then the non.

Becauise of the extra stimulants in xenadrine (even the non-ephedra version), the celexa may not appear to be working like usual. Just start with one pill a day, early in the day and you should be fine. After a week, your body will be able to handle both.

Thanks for your reply. I will try your advice. I have been on the 20mg tablet of Celexa for quite a while now. I don't even think it is working very much anymore, I may have to see my doctor and bump up to 40mg. per day. We'll See.
