I was looking thru one of my mag. subsricts. & came across an ad for Hunger Switch. It natural supplement that helps you reset your brain chemistry back to normal. There are (3) diffrent types! So i bought some. I have taken them for (2) days now & I have to say they really seam to be working. I am a Office Manager, so i sit all day long, & I have not been hungry at all.
If any one else has used theese please fill me in on your results.

This is definately a new one--haven't heard of it yet. I'm just wondering; you say it sets your brain chemistry back to normal? I'm thinking that not being hungry--isn't normal. I realize that some people have chemical imbalances that may cause them to feel hungry all the time; but for the average person wanting to lose weight; I'm not sure that is the problem. Anyway; I'm not passing judgement--I say if it works---go for it!

thanks for your response. I would like to say, I usually eat all day long (even when I am not hungry). This seem to curb my eating out of boredom (which is what I usally do). I take one pill 20 min. b/f lunch & dinner. The bottle says to take 2 15-20 min b/f lunch & dinner. But 1 seems to work for me so far. I hope this will help me & I am currently a member of WW & I was almost going over my daily points (even more on the weekends it seemed). Only time will tell.
