I was talking to my friend and she said that corn, peas and banana are bad for lossing weight.

Corn is very bad... corn is what farmers use to fatten up chickens, if that tells you anything!!!!! Bananas are high in sugar and are probably the worst of the fruits... I do food combining and both of those foods are not allowed...

what terrible news that is....I love corn and bananas, and peas. are they really that bad for you? what about apples? in the fruit section apples and bananas are the only ones i like!.....Mtn.

I know, corn and bananas are my favorite.... but they really are a no-no. It started making sense though... and now I just have them as a treat. Peas are also high in carbs as they are a very starchy veggie...you know the old saying, if it taste good, it's probably not good for you... DANGIT!!!

Corn and banannas are both high in carbs..but if you are not on a low carb diet then they can be eaten in moderation...(for instance 1/2 cup of corn).

Ok.. I somewhat understand it.. I could imagine my bananas with a lot of sugar since I don't eat the yellow ones. However, how about the raw ones (semi-raw).. they are not that sweet. How many calories are in there?
