Hi
I'm male, 24 and about 5'9 tall. I weigh between 9st-9.5st (not sure what this would be in lb's) I have a real problem with this, I guess for me it's like the problems and upset others have with being overweight. I hate the fact that I'm so slim. I eat a fair amount, but can never put on weight. I'm sure i'm under what I should be for my age and height and am lost at what I can do to put on the extra stones.
It competely effects my self confidence and I won't go out in shorts or go swimming cause I'm so paranoid about it. I've been the same weight for about 8 years now. No one understands my problem and often joke that they wish they were as lucky as me, but for a male i don't enjoy being this thin.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do/eat to try and increase my body weight. Junk food etc doesn't seem to work and it's not as though i exercise or play lots of sport.
Thanks

you might try going to a health food store and seeing what they have that could help. I have had friends who have struggles the same way you are and they got help with supplements.
