Has anyone used the Giselle by Tony Little? If so do you like it? Trying to deside on that or a treadmill.

it's exercise equipment, that's suppose to be easy on your joints. it has handles and a place to put your feet and you walk and its like your gliding. Just wondering if it actually helps you work out.

I've never tried it, but I hear it's junk. It's very loud and flimsy. I can't post the site, but go to any search engine and look for "fitness infomercial reviews" and you'll find a couple sites that review all those fitness products you see advertised on TV. I read the reviews for the Giselle and very few people like it.

donuts n coffee is right.
i have it. i never even use it anymore.
its not a good work out. I REALLY do not recommend it. im so angry for buying it - its truly a waste of money. walkin at a slow pace is INFINITELY better than using that thing.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
seriously, walking is way better than that.
the gazelle is more like a toy than anything else.

id say invest in a cheap treadmill instead or a total gym machine
