I really wouldn't recommend any of those supplements for anyone under 18, because u don't know the reaction u can get from them. I am highly allergic to a lot of the stuff out there, so I have to be extremely careful.
I am sure there are a lot of people on this board that will give you some excellent suggestions.
I wish I was your age again, because I remember when I was - I lost weight, but I did it by exercising & watching what I ate.
First thing is look @ your diet, write it down & see where u can make gradual changes. Instead of chips, try pretzel, if you want choc. buy a bite size one @ the corner store & buy just one to satify your taste buds.
I totally love my sugar free jello & whip cream & the pudding isn't bad either.
Stay away from white rice & bread & substitute it with brown rice & bread.
It's the gradual changes that you got to make & u are the best judge of what eat daily.
It's not going to happen overnight, but if you write it down, u become aware of what u r eating.

Many stores are prohibited from selling supplements to anyone under 18, talk to your doctor, if he deems your weight to be unhealthy, he will be able to help you. I agree, look at your diet... most of the ephedra free stuff is junk anyways... so without adjusting your diet and exercise, you are not going to see anything significant... aim for 1.5-2 lbs a week in weight loss, this can be done... but you have to eat healthy and you have to exercise... you also need to make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Don't do anything drastic...20 lbs in 2 months is realistic... just make sure you do it the right way, the healthy way :D We are here to help anyway we can :)

Welcome to the board! I have never tried a combination of these 2 things, but I did try the metabo lite quite some time ago. Maybe it works for some people, but it didn't do a thing for me other than waste my money. I have given up on pills and supplements because they just don't seem to help me at all.
Take Mishka's advice on writing things down, or use Fitday. It's a great program for tracking your foods, nutrition, weight, exercise, etc and it's free, just do a yahoo search for it. Once you see exactly everything you're eating right now, you might see where you could stand to cut some calories, fat or carbs - or more than one of those things.
Twenty lbs in 2 months can be accomplished if you really stick to it. And for exercise, do lots of cardio (Taebo is awesome!) but you might want to also do a little weight training - I think the combo of the two types of exercise is supposed to help boost your metablism, which is why I'm going to start adding weight to my routine, too. I'm going to use The Firm (videos for weghts & toning).
And remember your water - I try to drink at least 64 oz per day. Get into the habit of having a water bottle with you wherever you go.
Stick around this board - you will receive lots of good advice and support! Glad you found us. Try joining our summer weight loss challenge - just pick a goal (like your 20 lbs) and work with us to try to reach that goal by August 31. YOU CAN DO THIS!
