Good Morning! Or Afternoon!!!
Well it is a new day . I have to say, I think the ACV is really working because after ALL the stuff I ate yesterday (and there was more after my last post!) I am still the same weight!!! Imagine what could happen if I stuck to this meal plan of mine!! Anyways, today is the big day.....shop for a swim suit! YAYYYYY!!! Very excited to show off this new bod of mine! No more granny suits for me!!!! Hey GC, I am going out tonite but I will be thinking of you....not too many drinks! Good Luck everyone and here is my post for the day.

B-corn bran w/milk and cup of sliced watermelon,strawberries,and cantalope (1cup total)
S- (hey I remembered!) Protein shake and Jamieson bar
L-Huge salad and turkey on 12 grain bread
S- maybe a yogurt later
D-Hubby is taking the kids to a BBQ at his work so I am on my own!! I will eat at the bar tonite with my drink after I go shopping....not the best but I have done well today.
Not sure how many calories I'v had...about 300-400 I'm guessing......anyways I feel pretty good about the day. No exercise today (just of the wallet!) Have a great day!
By the way, when are we going to post our loses this week? Should we do a weigh in on Monday to make it a full week?

Well, today has been better.... though I have not been very hungry...

B: None, some crystal light :(
S: 1/2 bag of Atkins Chips
L: Half of a half Turkey sandwich, plain
S: 1/2C FF Frozen Yogurt, Crystal Light
D: Salad and Lean Cuisine (prepping for party tomorrow, so no time to cook)
S: Who knows, I am calculating 100 cals

Calories 768, Fat 11g, Carbs 110g, Protein 60g

I don't weigh myself generally... so I don't plan on weighing myself anytime soon... I may weight towards the end of next week or right before the cruise, just to see if I am close to my goal...

Have fun swimsuit shopping! I am doing that next weekend... dreading it!!! LOL!! Have fun tonight!!!

Howdy y'all!

Only minutes away from going to the grocery...let the experimentation begin... :round: Anyway, the day is still young (sort of) so here is my journal:

B-none, didn't get up until late and my sister-in-law, motherinlaw and i went walking around 10am and i didnt want food in my belly before
S-tootsie rolls
L-2 hard boiled eggs...had a strange craving, and it filled me up
D-we are going to eat mexican, as long as i don't over do it on the chips and salsa,which i probably will, I will be okay...

i walked 2 miles

I hope everyone had an awesome day...Fridays usually make or break my weekends...but I think I did okay...
I didn't take Z3, ACV or my vitamins today...I get my self messed up when I'm not at work, it feels like different life and i forget to do things like that...I didn't even drink a lot of water yet today either...only about 20something oz...i'll get the other 60 or so in before days end...later gators!

Hello Im new at this so please stay with me lol. Im 13 and I find that this chat really does help and I feel good about eating healthy! Ok so here is what I had today.

B- 1 hard boiled egg on one piece of bread

S- I dont have any snacks lol

L- I had an apple ( wasnt really hungry plus I learned it takes more calories to digest an apple then the actual calories in the apple cool huh?)

Dinner- I kind of went over board but I still had calories to spare. I had a pork cutlet and some flavored rice. Also the pork cutlet was fried but it tasted so goo so my overall for today is!

calories: 933
fat grams: 41 grams
carbs: 82 grams
protein: 57 grams

So how did I do my second day? Also I found fitday.com very very helpful and Im getting ready to go for a 30 minute walk and I walked this morning.
