Well, I just started Xenadrine EFX today. I took it in the morning before a bite, and right now, I have zero appetite (Its around lunch time).
So I guess it's a good appetite suppressor, and I'm hoping this works.
I'm 17 years old, I'm about 5' 10, weigh 149 pounds. I'm not technically overweight (everytime I go to the doctors they tell me I'm fine). But I definately have a flabby stomach, and rather full face. So I want to lose about 15 pounds. Anyhow, I exercise ok (I'm going to start working as a conselor in a summer camp, so have to play with the kids).
Anyway, I'm feeling definately... hyper tired right now. Not like I want to go bed, but it's that weird feeling you get after staying up for more than a day... hyperness... (probably the caffeine heh).
So a few questions first:
1. Anyones whos tried this (and maintained healthy diet/exercise) how successful were you?
2. Any side effects? This is Ephidrine free so should be safe...
3. Does this stuff actually burn some fat? Or is just a appetite suppressor?
Anyway, give me your feedback, as well as your comparisons to others on the market. I chose this product because the people at GNC sold it for the cheapest (I'm not in college yet... not exactly rich :) ) and Hydroxycut (9 pills a day???) lasts like 7 days before 30 bucks is used up. Zantrex 3 was 50 dollars! A bit too expensive...
I will continue posting my results on a 1 or 2 day bases, and see how much weight I lose, my daily schedule, etc... Hope I lose some weight and have the opportunity to share my success!

Update: Day 2
Well, its morning again. Yesterday, went to fencing tournament and felt realllly weird the entire time. But it faded away around 2. Took another 2 pills an hour after that. (Btw, for lunch I had some veggies and some rice). Wasn't hungry for another 4 or 5 hours. Then I ate a piece of steak (not big) for dinner. Which was all I had. Became REALLY hungry at around midnight. But I was too tired so I went to bed.
Anyway, weighing in this morning at 177.5. I'm surmising I've lost 1/2 a lb? The rest is probably from water loss. Just drank down 2 pills, and for breakfast had another piece of steak and an apple.
Well thats it for today, hope for more results tomorrow.

This product is not a good choice for your particular concerns. A "full face" is not necessarily fat. Could be genetic and no little pill will change that. A "flabby stomach" can be toned with exercise. If you lose 15 lbs, you will look terribly thin.
It seems to be working far too well as an appetite suppressant. You are to the point that you're not eating enough for your age and size. You are not overweight, you are at a healthy weight and are active, so why not try to achieve your goals naturally?
One more consideration. I've been reading about thermogenics in general, and it looks like long term useage can burn out your thyroid. Think about the stress your body must endure while on these stimulants.
Please try to use good judgement. Pills should be your last resort.

I just started taking Xenedrine EFX this past Monday. I'm down 2 pounds. They do seem to be a good appetite suppressant. I've been able to deal with my cravings much better with them. I forgot to take a dose yesterday and I couldn't resist extra snacks.
I think you should have started off with half the recommended dosage if you insist on taking this med.
I agree with the other poster. You don't sound very overweight. I think you'd be better off doing some cardio and sit-ups or other ab exercises.
If you continue taking Xenedrine, don't take it after 2, start out at half the dose, and don't take it for a long period of time.
