Hi andrea! Hi everyone!

Well this ended up being another funky day. Weekends are so hard cuz they mess up my routine! I don't know how that logic works in my head -- "Hmm, I just talked on the phone for ten minutes. Hey wait, I didn't do that yesterday! Better go get something to eat!" I mean REALLY! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif But it's okay, for some reason I'm still feeling more motivated than discouraged and I'm ready to get right back on track tomorrow. Thank goodness I finally found a summer job (starting Monday!) so I will really have a set daily routine. Weekends will still sucks but two hard days out of seven really isn't so bad. Whew!

All right guys, have a lovely night! (Actually most of you are probably in bed asleep, where I should be, so if you're reading this in the morning, have a lovely day as well!)

Next year Sweet Baby James! I'm comin to getcha! :)

DP IMOA! Too Funny about your roller skating, but it is TOUGH exercise. I've not done it in over 30 years -ooopps...there I go admitting my age again. Glad ou enjoyed yourself. So how do your legs feel today? I'll bet it hurt when you hit the floor this morning huh?? IMOA! Sorry, but its just funny to me!

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!

FINALLY, ITS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL IN NC! THE SUN AT LAST. I ALREADY FEEL LIKE A NEW PERSON. I SWEAR THE RAIN WAS JUST GETTING TO ME and MY CALORIE INTAKE WAS PLENTIFUL! LOL

I will do some much needed yard work today. The weeds have taken over my flower beds.....and my oh my, how they love the rain...the better for them to grow and take over! :( But thats okay...today is their last day. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/hammer.gif

Last night we cooked pork spareribs on the grill and I didn't eat any.....WRONG!! Okay, okay, so I did eat a fewwww extra. THEY WERE SO good....Yummmmmmmm. The marinade made them so tender and then the sauce that my husband dreamed up was so excellent. I did go easy on the corn-on-the cob, 1/2 no butter, cooked fresh green beans; and had a few slices canteloupe for dessert....no topping, just plain. So, needless to say I feel FULL today, which I guess is good. I'm NOT weighing til tomorrow.

AP...I hope you are doing good today :) You know what, I thank you SOOOoooo much for posting the challege daily. It makes it so easy to find and to keep up with everyone.

SM: Glad your babies are back home. We know from all of your posts that you are a good MOM! You mentioned that you ate a slice of PIZZA. . . . STOP THAT. . I'm going to have to go get some. Only kidding, hope you enjoyed every morsel of it!

Donuts: Don't be so hard on yourself. You'll pick yourself up and get right back on track. You have an upcoming vacation that you are excited about going on! You've worked SO HARD!

AND GOOD MORNING TO everyone else too,Blossom, Sky, Houdini, Lisa, Callie, Jen, Lindarella, Nova, Snoopy, Darci and everyone else!

HOPE YOU ARE ALL ENJOYING YOUR SUNDAY!

TO EVERYONE WHERE IT IS RAINING:

RAIN, RAIN GO AWAY, SO WE CAN ALL GO OUT AND PLAY!!!

Gettin a rather large kick out of my pain huh????!! :) (lol!) actually, my legs hurt more yesterday than they do today! isnt that funny? i thought they'd hurt bad today. My arms hurt from painting my new kitchen last night though :) Thats the thing, my legs are pretty strong, somewhat muscular...my upper body is a big flabby mess! haha! (well...from my tummy up!) So, my daughter wants to have her b/day party and the roller skating rink and wants to get really good by then (december) so i promised her we would go alot over the summer :) Hey, she loves it, and its great excercise for me!

I did it again. After my workout yesterday, I had a strong craving for McDonald's. So I got a double cheeseburger, fries, and an apple pie. Today I haven't slipped up, yet. The next two weeks are going to be tough. Not only do I have to get back on track, I have to resist the temptations at the office. Then when I go on vacation, I have be careful not to eat too much. I won't be able to exercise and I'm sure I'll be going out to eat a lot. I think it's safe to say I will gain some weight during that week so I need to work extra hard this week to make up for it. When this challenge started, I really thought I'd meet my goal by the end of June. At this rate, I'll be lucky if I reach it by the end of August. I'm trying to be positive, but this just keeps getting harder and harder. I don't know how the rest of you do it. This was so much easier last month. I wish I could find a job where someone paid me to eat healthy and exercise.

hi guys,

dnc: i have to be honest here: first, of course we all know your struggle cuz we live it too dont we guys? but seriously& please dont take this the wrong way but i find it funny that you find yourself experiencing this b/c i didnt think men went throught this. i mean, i know there are overweight men, but from what you described in that last post, that could have easily been written by a woman. well, ya know what they say: you learn somethin new every day!

ok seriously though: im sorry you are finding yourself struggling. cravings bite. believe me, im experiencing it as im typing it(its that time for me) you have done so well. your entitled to bumps along the way so dont get too dn on yrself. personally, i cant relate to fast food cravings b/c i hate it(except pizza but i dont copsider that fast food lol)but i do know how it is cuz im like that with pizza, sweets,& even peanut butter.

I think I must be the saddest person on this planet, I have spent the last 72 hours devising a semi nutritious 1200 calorie diet plan that includes chocolate every second day! If I went without the chocolate I could eat loads more lovely food, but I can't and if I tried I would break the diet anyway. But 72 hours?! At least, I read somewhere, sleep dprivation burns bulk calories... Why do I live for chocolate? Why can't it be brussel sprouts? Wish me luck for my big start tommorow?!
Happy reducing y'all!
