THAT WOULD BE A SIZE 30 IN MENS. LIKE IAM A SIZE 18 IN WOMENS AND WEAR A SIZE 38 IN MENS, SOMETIMES 40 DEPENDS ON WHICH BRANDS, SEEMS LIKE THE CHEEPER THE BRAND THE HIGHER THE SIZE

Has anyone noticed that you can wear a smaller size jean when you wear low riders versus regular waist jeans?? Or is it just me?? My size 10 regular Levi's are tighter around the waist and really baggy in the butt and legs, but my gap jeans 'just below the waist' are size 8's and very comfy, and fit fine in the butt and legs.....but I know for a fact I am NOT a true size 8.......as I am 5'4" and 145lbs.

Well, I'm 5'2" and a US size 6/8, and I weigh about 147lbs :D (and it's definitely my true size - anything bigger would just fall off me!).

Wow really? I just remember in high school I weighed about 125 and I think I wore a size 9. So I just can't imagine that at 145 I can really wear a size 8. I just assumed Gap made their jeans a little bigger.

Hi Guys!!

I know what you mean-- all the different sizes can drive ya nuts!

And the low rise pants are way more comfy--i can't even put on a reg pair of pants any more without feeling like they up around my boobs! LOL!!!

I think Gap does run a little bigger-- as well as old Navy! Its lucky those are my favorite places to shop! :)

I guess my point is-- don't sweat it-- the tage says 8--- so its an 8!

:)

mms, too funny. you're right. I can't wear my regular jeans anymore either. But when I try and it feels so uncomfortable around the waist it depresses me, I need to go out and buy all low riders.....because now I just wear the 3 I have every day...lol.....
