I recieved my taebo tapes last Friday and I've been doing them for a week almost now and I tell you what they are killing me. I'm allready doing the basic and I am so sore everywhere. Does this mean it's working or am I just overdoing it? I only doing every evening is that to much to start off with? I can definitely tell it is working though. Has anyone else felt this way after first working out after a long time?

yes - i know exactly how u feel.
that happened with me with some videotapes..
i was never one for the workout tapes; i always was a treadmill girl ..
until recently, i started gettin into different workouts and strength training. anyways, i was sore the first week too but i was just like you - i could see a difference by the 5th day. altho after that first power week of working out to those tapes, i have kinda been bad and slipped off my routine
but yea ...dont fret ..it's a good sign

I love Tae Bo!!! You do get sore at first, but it really does the trick. I am not young, but I still feel strong and agile when I am doing Tae Bo.

Kelly -- Yes Tae Bo will make you very sore! Just make sure that you follow all the advice from the intro video, especially about not locking your joints. I have heard of people really messing up their knees that way. But otherwise, the soreness should fade soon. Have fun!
