that really depends on your frame and % of muscle. It could range from 120-145! I know a girl who is 5'4 and she weighs 140 and looks amazing! but it is all lean muscle. Try doing a search for body mass index on the internet and you will find some charts to follow.

Hi Nice-T,
I am 5'4"-5'5" and currently weigh 120 but want to get down to 115. But I agree that it depends on your build what looks good on a person and I am a small build.

Do not focus on ideal weight. There is no such thing. Instead focus on body fat percentage. Do not use BMI either. It is a misleading measure that doesn't take into account your body composition. If you search for any charts, it should be one telling you what body fat percentage you should have.

Donuts- what is the best method for body fat % measurement? I had mine done this past weekend with calipers and it was 18.6%. The trainer took measurements from my hip, upper arm (the back of it), and the front of my thigh. I am not particularly pudgy in those areas, so I don't see how this is accurate! She said that % was excellent, but I am now at 129 and 5'5" and I still feel "fat" around the belly area.
