sorry one more question. how do you take acv? do you take it before you eat? do you take if before every meal? also what is better to take, avc pills or acv mixed with water? okay that is it. sorry if you all are tired of all the acv questions.

I take the acv 30 minutes before I eat a meal. I usually drink it with 4oz of apple juice...but you can drink it with water or grapefruit juice. I haven't taken the pills so I don't know if they work better. I wish you the best of luck. I've tried all kinds of pills and diets so hopefully this one will work for me.
