Because it is raining, and I can't do my 4 miles walk/jog "wog", I am going for a free pass to Contour Express. At the very least, I am anticipating a good workout, who knows, maybe it will be something I want to join.
But, as I am cheap, I rotate going to different gyms for "free demo"'s on rainy days just to "try" them and get a free, good workout. Shameful, but hey that's me.
Usually you can go a couple times before they insist you join or get out. LOL.
But I really like the idea behind contour express, and I MIGHT join this one!

I am a member of contours. I like it...you can really workout and not worry about men staring at you and be all self conscious like at a co-ed gym. It doesn't offer a great deal of cardio but if you have other access for cardio or run/walk outside, this is great for toning and weights. They play good music to workout to also. I actually burned a few cds for my owner. I made a disco one and a few dance/high energy ones. It's a lot of fun and you're done in 30 mins...you can also go around more than twice if you want more of a workout or if you start to plateau. good luck!

I did like it a lot! Worked up a good sweat, and I think there are a lot of muscle groups I am not getting to on my own.
After my ortho appt next week, will see if he gives me the go ahead (rotator cuff problems) or if I need surgery.
