IM 15 years old and i am 5'7 214 lbs my life is very miserable and ive tried the atkins,weightwatchers,jennycraig,lowcarb s diet,and every kind of diet there is! Im sick of diets and i am willing to take a pill! Can someone please recommend a pill that works with out so much excersize!! I cant stand the way i look an d i need a change

PS_ i only lost anything on weight watcher 20lbs but gained it backa nd an extra10

Pills are not the answer. They may work for a short while, but the side effects can be horrible.

The hard truth is that you have to exercise if you expect to maintain any weight loss. Diet and exercise may be slow and boring, but it is still the gold standard for long term weight loss.

Surely there is something you like to do. Dancing? Walking? Swimming? Exercise videos? Find a friend that will work out with you and motivate you.

Same thing with diet. Find a plan you can work with for the long term. There are many decent diet plans out there, you just have to find the one that suits you.

Don't go for a quick fix. This is the only body you get so treat it well.
