i did this diet last summer in conjunction with stacker3 (diet pills). I lost around 40 pounds on it but after a while my body just stopped. I gained 20 of them back over the winter so here I go again. This diet consists of no carbs for breakfast and lunch and an equal portion of anything you want for dinner within an hour. EX. 2 cups pasta, 2 cups meat, 2 cups veggies. Also start out with a green salad. You can have as much as you want for dinner but you need to take from each group not just 1. Also it is extremely important to stay within the hour. Carbs are my bigggest downfall too I could eat pasta everynite. Hope I helped you out.

I has worked very well for me. Many people do experience "stalls" (including me), but I find the plan so easy to stick with, at least I do not go off it during the stalls.

It's always good to read the book (and one of the recent ones in the case of this plan - either Carbohydrate Addicts Lifespan Programme or C.A. Healthy Heart Plan). The basic plan is two meals per day the include a portion of protein plus up to 2 cups of so-called "craving-reducing" vegetables (basically, your low-carb, mostly salad-type veggies, but there are exceptions). One meal is the so-called "reward meal" that begins with two cups of salad and then includes approximately equal portions of (1) protein; (2) "craving-reducing" veggies; (3) any carb-laden food of your choice.
