Just like it says ....within 10 workouts. I was looking so good when I was doing the firm. Now if I could just find the time to do it again, I'd be set.
I honestly noticed the differance within 2 weeks and by the end of the month, my legs were defined and my butt and lifted !! ....I liked the body sculpt WAY better than cardio sculpt !! ...I ended up doing some other type of cardio Mon - Wed - Fri and did body sculpt Tues - Thurs - Sat.

i am going to be ordering this tomororw when i get paid.. ive been looknig everywhere to find it with a decent price. i am not getting the one w/ the stick.. i'll get that at another time. the thing that gets to me so much is it takes so long to get it and you just want to start it right away! lol.. oh well.. ill live.. people who do this, do you enjoy it ?.. i thikn i will.. i like aerobics and stuff like that.. :)
