Has anyone used this product with any real lasting results? I can't find any reviews on the supplements other than on web sites selling the stuff, so of course they are all positive.

I tried it alwhile ago & lost maybe 7 pounds & that's it & I had about 30 to lose back then.
I didn't have any side-effects, but it sure hurt the wallet. I actually had found one of the Wal-mart brands that had worked pretty good in controlling my appetite. I can't remember the name, because it's been alwhile since I've used it.

I have been taking it on and off for 1 mth and once again I am not please with it. It don't know if being on a abridge version of Atkins has been the culprit but I am not please with it at all. Maybe you'll have better success.
