Hi everyone, I just picked up my first bottle of Zantrex 3 today. I'm going to start tomorrow. My starting weigh is around 205 I would like to get down to 150. Everyone here has a great story, hopefully I can add a story of my own.

I was new a while ago,and since the 1st day i found this board,i have lost a few lbs. & have gained friends that have helped me out with non stop with tips,anwsers & Encouragment.Here you can ask your questions,get opinions & tips on weightlose.Just a few questions and work is all it takes.
