Hey everyone!

I am going soon on my 3rd week of taking Trimspa EF,
and so far i havent noticed much improvment,I havent check how much i way since i last check b4 i bought Trimspa,i Was 165,i maybe the same, dunno. But i dont look much different of feel totally different. It maybe cuz its ephedra free, which i didn'nt want in the 1st place, but thats what my dad bought me.I chose to be Trimspa cuz i heard alot of guys here got great results fast.Would the Ephedrin one maybe do better?
Or....Is There a supplement that will work no matter what? I don't expect some pills to help me lose 20lbs.
I expect to lose it by doing the right stuff, but it wouldn't hurt to have a tiny bit of help.I would just like to know if there is such thing as the Top brand, that dos help lose at least 5.lbs

Thx for help & take care

Hi Jason! I have been taking TrimSpa with Ephedra for awhile, and have had a ton of success. I've lost about 50 pounds so far. I'd like to lose about 30 more. I've not tried the ephedra free trimpsa, although I have tried other diet pills without ephedra, and none of them have done anything for me. I'm not advocating ephedra...I think there are people who should definitely not take it...but, for me, it's worked wonders. Along with taking the pills, I have completely changed the way I eat and look at food. I've started excercising every day, both cardio and weight lifting. This way I know that when I reach my goal (that seems SO FAR AWAY!! haha) I wont have to worry about gaining the weight back. I think a lot of people tend to use these pills as a crutch, to be able to continue eating all the "bad" foods, and to keep up their "bad" eating habits. Then when they quit the pills, the weight piles back on. So you just have to be smart about it. And it sounds like you are being smart. Good luck with the TrimSpa...let me know how it works for you!
