Hi, that stuff for me was wonderful, if you do it like it say. I notice that it built up my metob. that I stopped gaining weight. I need to get more because I am not gaining but I was not losing so I decided to do the mayo diet, started sunday, weighed today and losed 6 pounds. I was told if I take those pills and do the mayo with the exercise you can lose alot of pounds. If I could help you let me know.

well i havent taken them yet but I plan on starting tomorrow-- but i thought you said awhile ago that you lost weight on them-- but above you said you just stayed the smae-- so did they help you lose?

yes I did lose from those, but what I meant was I did lose and I stop taking them and I have stopped losing but not gaining.
