Hey all,
I'm just finishing up mu second week of atkins and was wondering if any of the weight loss supplements like Xenadrine or Hydroxycut would help? I know that Xenadrine has caffeine in it, so I don't know if thats a good one or what.

Thanks

would help with what??? faster weightloss as a result of a diminished appetite???
no need for those while on atkins as atkins will naturally diminish the appetite because of being in ketosis and the satiation effects of eating fat...
during the 2 weeks induction levels, atkins menus use a ratio of 65% fat/30% proteins/5% carbs, after the 2 weeks, your ratios should be whatever it takes for the weightloss to continue...
usually making sure you get enough fat and proteins will help to diminish the appetite.
the only real supplement you need on atkins is a good multi-vitamin....if you are female, doesn't hurt to add a calcium supplement as well.
