how long before i get reults with xenadrine efx (the ephedrin free supplement) i have been taking it for 5 days now i know its early but i want to know there is a reason to continue taking them and not to give up hope! please let me know!

Gartgirl: I've tried Xenedrine in the past and it didn't work for me. I tried both the RFA-1 and the EFX. Sorry, I know it's not what you want to hear--but it's the truth. The only pill that ever worked for me was Metabolife 356 (several years ago) but even when I stopped using that I put half of the weight back on. I've tried everything under the sun since that and nothing seems to work; except for good old fashion determination!!! I'm doing Atkins now and I like it--I'm losing slowly but I don't have all that much to lose anymore. It works for me!
Do you mind if I ask your stats??? I see you mentioned that you are a teen; how much do you have to lose and how old are you? You must be careful because your body is still growing.

Hi Gartgirl...I have taken Xenedrine in the past and only the one with ephedra worked for me. The ephedra free didn't do anything at all. Then I tried Trimspa (with ephedra) and loved it. Really worked well for me. Trimspa also now makes an ephedra free version that you can try if you don't want the stimulant...and if you're a teenager, I don't reccommend you take ephedra. I, like the last poster, would be interested in your current height/weight/age. Maybe you don't need to lose anything...and that's why it's not working for you. Keep us posted, hon, and good luck!!
